1. Service Subject & Applicable Scope
These terms apply to all users who access and use the platform’s official services. The service subject is the platform operation party, which is responsible for providing standardized functional services and daily operation maintenance.
2. User Rights & Obligations
Users have the right to use compliant platform services and obtain official service support. Users shall bear the obligation to abide by platform specifications and public behavioral norms, and independently bear the responsibility for non-compliant behaviors. All user operation behaviors are recorded by the platform system and used as the basis for standardized management.
3. Service Adjustment & Interpretation Right
The platform has the right to adjust service functions and term content according to operation needs. The platform reserves the final interpretation right of these official service terms. The updated clauses shall prevail over all previous oral and written agreements.
